1. General Policy

At Svarnex, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our clients and our business.

2. Consultation Services

Initial consultations are free of charge. If you're not satisfied with our consultation, there's no cost to you.

3. Development Projects

For web development projects:

  • Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before project initiation
  • During development: Partial refund based on work completed and agreed milestones
  • After delivery: No refunds, but we offer revision rounds as per agreement

4. Marketing Services

For digital marketing campaigns:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • No refunds on the current billing cycle
  • One-time campaigns are non-refundable once launched
  • Unused ad spend will be refunded

5. Maintenance & Hosting

Hosting and maintenance services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Pro-rated refunds are available for annual plans.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at support@svarnex.com
  • Provide your project details and reason for refund
  • We will review within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

7. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed projects where all deliverables were met
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, ad spend)
  • Custom development after client approval
  • Services rendered over 90 days ago
